Terms of Service

These terms govern use of InfluBid's Agency, Brand, and Creator portals and the Marketplace. By registering for an account you agree to the terms below.

Subscriptions

Agency and Brand plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Plans include usage limits (brands, campaigns, marketplace posts) described on the Pricing page; exceeding a limit may require an upgrade. Subscriptions that lapse are marked expired and access is limited until renewed.

Marketplace

Jobs, bids, and assignments create a contract between the posting party and the creator. Payments are processed through Razorpay/Razorpay X; InfluBid facilitates the transaction and is not a party to the underlying commercial agreement between the two sides.

Payouts & fees

A Platform Fee (by default 2.5%) applies to payouts and campaign payments processed through InfluBid, plus GST on that fee and, for online payments, the payment gateway's own processing fee. See Fees Explained for a full breakdown of how these apply. It is the creator's responsibility to keep banking details accurate and up to date.
