InfluBid is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Zero Tolerance for CSAE

InfluBid strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Grooming or attempts to sexually exploit children.
• Solicitation of sexual content from minors.
• Sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Sexualized interactions with minors.
• Any other activity that facilitates or promotes the sexual exploitation of children.

Any violation may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of the associated account, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

When submitting a report, please provide as much relevant information as possible, including the username/profile, content or campaign involved, and a description of the concern.

We take child-safety reports seriously and review them promptly.

Enforcement

InfluBid may take appropriate action against accounts or content that violate our child-safety standards, including:

• Removing prohibited content.
• Restricting or disabling accounts.
• Preventing users from creating new accounts where appropriate.
• Preserving relevant information when legally required.
• Reporting suspected CSAE or CSAM to appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities when required by applicable law.

Cooperation With Authorities

InfluBid cooperates with appropriate law-enforcement and child-protection authorities regarding suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation, consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

We may preserve and provide relevant information when legally required or when necessary to comply with valid legal requests.

User Safety

Users are encouraged to report suspicious behavior, inappropriate interactions, or content involving minors immediately. Users should not attempt to investigate or confront suspected offenders themselves.
